TextileOps is a software-as-a-service platform designed to help textile manufacturers, sourcing companies, buying houses, mills, and production teams manage:

• Samples and specifications
• Buyer approvals
• Revisions and version control
• Production orders
• Vendor collaboration
• Documents and technical files
• Tasks and workflow management
• Reporting and analytics
• Audit logs and operational records

TextileOps is operated by Archenos.

To use TextileOps, you must create an account or be invited by an authorized organization.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep credentials secure
• Maintain updated contact information
• Accept responsibility for activities performed under your account

You are responsible for all actions performed through your account.

Organizations may invite:

• Team members
• Clients
• Buyers
• Vendors
• External collaborators

Organizations are responsible for managing permissions and access rights for users invited under their workspace.

Certain features require an active subscription.

Plans may include limitations relating to:

• User seats
• Storage capacity
• Active projects
• Sample volume
• Approval volume
• Vendor access
• Reporting capabilities
• API access
• Integrations

Feature availability varies by subscription tier.

TextileOps may offer a limited free trial.

Trial eligibility, duration, and feature availability may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Organizations are limited to a single free trial unless otherwise approved by Archenos.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts created to abuse trial programs.

Payments are processed through Paddle and its authorized payment partners.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for:

• Subscription fees
• Add-ons
• Usage-based charges
• Applicable taxes

Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of access.

You retain ownership of data uploaded to TextileOps.

This includes:

• Samples
• Specifications
• Documents
• Production records
• Vendor records
• Client records
• Approval records

You grant Archenos a limited license to process, store, transmit, back up, and display such data solely to operate and improve the Services.

Organizations may invite clients and vendors to dedicated TextileOps portals.

Organizations are solely responsible for:

• Selecting invitees
• Managing permissions
• Determining which information is shared

Archenos is not responsible for information intentionally shared with third parties through portal access.

You may not:

• Access systems without authorization
• Upload malicious code
• Interfere with platform operation
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Attempt unauthorized data access
• Abuse APIs or integrations
• Circumvent subscription limits
• Use TextileOps for unlawful activities

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

TextileOps may generate immutable records including:

• Approval histories
• Revision histories
• Production events
• User actions
• Login records
• Audit logs

These records may be retained to maintain compliance, operational integrity, security, and reporting functionality.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, third-party outages, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect access.

TextileOps, including its software, workflows, designs, interfaces, trademarks, branding, and documentation, is owned by Archenos and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except those expressly provided in these Terms.

Organizations may cancel subscriptions at any time.

Archenos may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Security threats
• Abuse of platform resources
• Non-payment

Following termination, access to the Services may be removed and data may be deleted after applicable retention periods.

TextileOps is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archenos disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific business, manufacturing, or operational outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archenos shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Loss of production
• Data loss
• Vendor delays
• Manufacturing errors

Archenos' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the organization during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

We may modify these Terms periodically.

Material updates may be communicated through:

• Email
• Platform notifications
• Website notices

Continued use of TextileOps after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
