TextileOps may offer a free trial period for eligible organizations.
We encourage customers to evaluate the platform during the trial period before purchasing a paid subscription.

Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full subscription term.
If you are a first-time customer, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial annual subscription purchase.
Refund requests submitted after this period are generally not eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.
